DiCentral was awarded the Bronze Stevie Award in the Customer Service Training Team of the Year category in the sixth annual Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service, held on February 27th in Las Vegas, Nevada. This marks the second Stevie Award nomination for DiCentral, and the first win.
The Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service is the world’s leading sales awards, customer service awards, and contact center awards program. For the first time, Stevie Awards were conferred in three levels of distinction: gold, silver, and bronze. Previously, only overall category winners have received Gold Stevie Awards.
