DiCentral and Arhaus Co-Presenting at GS1 Connect 2015

Posted by Daniel Ford on Mon, May 18, 2015

We are happy to announce that Peter Edlund, vice president of global product marketing for DiCentral, will be speaking at GS1 Connect 2015, taking place in Austin, Texas, on May 31 - June 4. Mr. Edlund will deliver his presentation, titled "Supply Chain Best Practices," together with John Rutter, CIO for Arhaus. The joint session begins at 4:10 p.m. on Thursday, June 4.

"We are proud to be presenting with Arhaus at this year's GS1 Connect conference," says Edlund. "Arhaus is clearly an industry thought leader, as demonstrated by the company's decision to revitalize and improve operational excellence by supporting its merchant teams with supply chain systems and processes they can depend on."

The session will identify supply chain best practices for managing the core business functions of the entire order-to-cash process, handling order changes and returns, as well as improving distribution center operations.

GS1 Connect 2015 is the leading trading partner collaboration event where industry stakeholders, data standards users, and experts gather to share practical ideas and industry-tested best practices for leveraging GS1 Standards in supply chain operations. Now in its 15th year, the conference is focused more than ever on the innovation, collaboration, and business transformation made possible through enterprise and industry-wide use of standards. Attendees will learn how companies from different industries are mitigating disruptive forces, improving business processes and boosting bottom lines.

Edlund continues, "GS1 Connect is an important and influential event and we are honored that we have again been asked to speak at the conference. We look forward to working with John from Arhaus to share his successes and to learning from the other distinguished speakers and attendees."
