DiCentral is thrilled to announce the establishment of a new Asia Pacific (APAC) office in Tokyo, Japan, to be led by Mitsu Toyoda, DiCentral country manager for Japan. Mr. Toyoda, an enterprise and supply chain veteran, will be responsible for all sales, marketing, services, and partner relationships in the region. The opening of this office reflects the importance of APAC in serving the needs of the company's growing global customer base and builds on the continued expansion of DiCentral's operations in the Americas and Europe.
"The creation of our new APAC office demonstrates our strong commitment to better serve our rapidly growing client base, and will enable us to more effectively capitalize on global market opportunities," says Thuy Mai, founder and CEO of DiCentral. "Building on our already strong relationships with several companies with large APAC operations, this expansion, under the capable leadership of Mitsu Toyoda, provides the foundation for further success with these clients and prospective clients in the region. Our operational infrastructure now mirrors the truly global nature of our platform, which is a single-instance, multi-language application that addresses the needs of all stakeholders across all locations in an extended, worldwide service network."
The new office will provide direct sales and support for DiCentral's customers in retail, manufacturing and other vertical markets from Tokyo to Hong Kong/China and Vietnam.
"Globalization and competitive pressures are forcing leading companies to differentiate themselves not only on product strengths, but more importantly on the quality of the service they deliver after the initial product sale," says Toyoda. "This evolving market dynamic is driving leading companies to search for technology platforms that can quickly and dramatically improve worldwide service operations. DiCentral's proven track record of delivering dramatic value through global deployments with 100% referenceable, market-leading clients, coupled with the global reach of our company—which now has local presence in every major region of the world—uniquely positions us to meet this critical need."
